Our focus on customer satisfaction also will remain paramount. We will continue to invest in advanced customer support systems and expand our service offerings to create even greater value.

Actions today will shape the world of tomorrow

The telecom landscape is rapidly changing, influenced by technological advancements, shifting customer expectations and evolving regulatory frameworks. To remain at the forefront of the industry, it is critical that we take a comprehensive look at the opportunities available to MCNC. This strategic planning process will ensure that we remain aligned with relevant market dynamics and be well-equipped to deliver value to our customers, employees and stakeholders.

The planning process now underway involves casting a wide net to identify and evaluate the ideas and opportunities that could shape our future such as exploring new services and/or augmenting existing offerings, expanding our network and coverage, and targeting new markets and opportunities. Like previous years, we will use a rigorous, evidence-based approach to thoroughly evaluate each potential strategy using data insights, subject matter experts, and other industry resources in order to pave our next path forward.
